Hampton Inn Yazoo City

Front desk was not helpful with connection to internet or finding food options.

The train that came every two hours I would have never built a hotel by a working train track This should be mentioned in your ad The furniture in my room needs to be updated the fronts were broken an scratched bad an the bathroom sink needs to be painted or stained. The bed could use a soft topper They were doing some remodeling so maybe all the rooms will be added. The staff was very nice an helpful Hampton inn is my favorite places to stay

Was a nice hotel would stay again on our travel.

Way over priced for the place. This is a $80 a night Hotel anywhere else.

Furniture in the room was in bad shape.

Staff was very frankly

1/3 of the electrical outlets did not work; some of the tiles on bath room were broken; PTAC unit was partially broken and the wall thermostat was covered with a note stating use the controls on the PTAC to adjust the temperature; Price of the room was double what it c was worth.

The air conditioning unit was cold but the fan blades had a constant noise. All the workers were very nice.

Over the years I have stayed at the Hampton Inn several times while visiting family in Yazoo City and have watched it steadily go downhill. On this trip I was surprised to see that they are in a renovation project upgrading rooms and other areas of the hotel. The room we had was very large, clean with a comfortable king bed. The walls and rugs did not have any stains on them as in previous stays. Bathroom was also clean and had a nice shower head. This hotel has always had great employees who were very nice and helpful and on this stay we found them to be the same. Breakfast was typical Hampton Inn with eggs, breakfast meat and potatoes. Nice to see that they are upgrading the hotel and I’ll definitely stay here again while visiting my relatives.
