Rooms like dated.. but it's to be expected

Disappointed not to have had basic things like miniature shampoo, conditioner, tissues expected them and had to go out and buy. Hotel felt body wash was sufficient. Weren’t able to offer them to purchase. Only 1 small bottle of water provided regardless if your duration, again basics I would normally expect.

The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. I am male and was holidaying with my son. We had a great stay overall except for the last day. The horrible, rude life guard really spoilt the last day and seemed to take a dislike to my son and I. We had gone to the pool, found some sunbeds and relaxed for about ten minutes before we decided to go to the pool snack bar for some fries and a drink as it was lunch time. We had to eat food in the snack bar and were gone less than 30 minutes. When we returned to the sun beds, there were cards on the beds informing us that we could not reserve the sunbeds and their was someone else's things on the beds. Two ladies returned over an hour later, fully clothed, were very pleasant and moved their things to other sunbeds. The life guard came over and started to tell us that we were in the wrong as we could not leave the beds for over 30 minutes, which we had not. I explained that we were less than 30 minutes and he inferred we were liars which we are not. There were plenty of other people who left their beds for well over an hour and nothing was said to them. It felt like me and my son had been singled out for no good reason. Bearing in mind we had been at the pool everyday and eaten in the snack bar with no issues, I cannot see why he singled my son and I put. It really spoilt the last day and to be honest it was needless. Up to that point I was considering returning to this hotel but after this incident I will look for an alternative hotel where I am treat properly and respectfully.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like
