Beautiful location overlooking the Seine - very restful.

Ovänlig och ohjälpsam ägarinna. Överskattat hotell. Ok rum men inte så fi t i övrigt. Les Andelys fint och mysigt dock.

Location, location. location. It's the setting that makes this a wonderful place to stay. We had river views and a fabulous sunset which made up for somewhat tired rooms and a not very engaged proprietor.

Das romantische Hotel bietet, direkt an der Seine gelegen, wunderbare Ausflugs- und Wandermöglichkeiten. Alle 12 Zimmer sind romatisch, nach unterschiedlichen Themen gestaltet und eingerichtet. Frühstück ok, wird am Tisch serviert. Es wird im angeschlossenen Restaurant ein hochpreisiges Abendessen angeboten. Nur mit Tischreservierung! Leider enttäuschte das Bett (zu hart und durchgelegen) und das dunkle Bad mit Fliesen aus den 70er Jahren.

Accueil un peu froid mais chambre extraordinaire .

The room we had was chambre10. It had huge windows overlooking the seine. It was a massive room with a great sitting area and a fabulous bathroom. I even took a nice bath because the hotel provided some great bath salts. The decor is adorable (it replicates medieval rooms). The location is fabulous, right below the old chateau and in a adorable little square.

We really enjoyed the location. We were leaving from Paris the next morning and it was out of the city, conveniently close to Monet's house and garden for us to tour before our departure. Our only complaint was that the reception hostess was very short and rude. She was explaining the dinner and breakfast options but made it all sound like too much trouble for them that on that alone we decided to dine elsewhere. We did enjoy a lovely dinner and breakfast in the town just outside the door, but it would have nice to be made to feel more welcome after a long drive.
