The location is good !

I was given a room on ground floor with very strong muggy smell, when asked to change to a different room, all rooms are booked up by Scandinavian people, not possible! I endured 5 nights looking to the back yard! No English Channel on TV, not sure why bother with a TV! Reception depends on whom on duty! Why not keep one room for service purpose? Is it difficult?? I booked a standard room but don’t expect so strong smell!

Location not at the most busiest part of the promenade + , directly at the beach promenade. Good Café's and restaurants nearby. There is also a SuperDino nearby (5 min) and other place to buy groceries. For me a suitable walk to the shopping centers (El Muelle 15 min, 1,2km, CC Las Arenas 20min, 1.7km a bit less if you walk to the nearest bus stop (1,40€)), Near El Muelle is also the stop for bus 60 to/from the airport (30 min), there is also other bus combination one could use.
