Everything Sitting on the balcony at night and by the pool is a wonderful family place

Booked this hotel in the midst of the wildfire issues as we were evacuated from our original hotel. Had no idea what to expect but were pleasantly surprised, large rooms, pleasant staff and no fighting for sunbeds like the hotel we stayed at the days before. Food was good too. Happily recomend to anyone looking for a hotel on the cheaper side.

Air conditioning was extra cost, why not just add to the price of rooms?!

we like everything about the property. This was our 5th visit

Room was clean and cleaned everyday Pool area was clean and had lots of shady areas

Had to pay extra for the air conditioning The room was tired and could do with an update (had previously stayed in the newer block which was more expensive but clean and modern) shower fixing to wall faced out so if you did shower the whole room flooded so had to hold the shower all the time as to not flood the room. No floor mat for bathroom had to be extra careful not to slip. Have been to kremasti many times the hotel is over the flight path - would expect it to be a better value for this reason.

The staff were really nice and helpful

Rooms still had a crumbs etc on the floor from past travellers. Planes constantly flying overhead throughout the day and night
