Отличное место расположения. на этом о хорошем всё. СПА - оказывается спа не только для гостей отеля, а для всех, кто пожелает и что бы туда попасть нужно записываться заранее. при бронировании об этом информации не нашел. Номер (полулюкс на 4-м этаже) большой полукруглый (на фото окна над входом). НО - почему в полулюксе не закрывается нормально окно??? щель такая, что форточка не нужна.Кровать - это песня, скрипит на каждое движение. видать многое повидала в своей жизни. Ресторан - "приветливость" персонала на 2 балла из 10.Завтраки - придёшь к 10.00 - на раздачах полупусто. яичницу и кашу (овсянку) надо заказывать отдельно (входит в стоимость). Еда (отдельная плата - обед и ужин) приличная, хотя и дороже чем в городе. НО, ресторан может быть и закрыт на банкетное обслуживание. Об этом вы узнаете по факту. В итоге - совсем не "гламур".
В Калининграде отдыхали семьёй со 2 по 5 января в номере 16(3 этаж). Отель удачно расположен, уютный. В номере: кондиционер, телевизор, большая кровать, дополнительное спальное место-раскладушка для ребенка. 8 полотенец, мыло, гель для душа и шапочки в индивидуальных упаковках. Приветливый персонал, уборка каждый день и вкусные завтраки. Ожидания и реальность полностью совпали. Желаем процветания и довольных гостей вилле "Гламур"!
Fin promenad längs vattnet till centrum, en promenad på mellan 30/40 min. Hotellet ligger i fin miljö. Restaurangen god mat men tråkig personal. Receptionen bra.
Alles goed behalve zeer onvriendelijke bediening door jongeman bij het ontbijt . Ik heb dit ook aan receptioniste verteld .

Staff spoke good English. Need a Russian SIM card for your smartphone to work anywhere in the hotel, otherwise you are limited to the lobby.
Siisti ja toimiva, venäläis/neuvostoliittolaistyyppinen kivalla tavalla. Vieressä kaunis puisto joen rannassa. Ainoa miinus, että keskustaan on reilun puolen tunnin kävely.

Overall good hotel fairly priced with standard facilities. The staff were excellent; they are friendly, fast, flexible, and very helpful. Amazingly the hotel has a very nice restaurant with fine cooking. There were few downsides some of which probably was our personal experience or bad luck. 1. Noise. We had clean and spacious room with great view to the lake. Minus was its facing the stone paved road busy all the time especially at friday nights. One should probably look for a room facing the backyard just to get a better sleep. The bed was far too hard as to my personal experience which did not help for a good sleep either. Also, there is no elevator to service the upper floors. 2. The location of this hotel is in beautiful and good-looking mansions surrounding. However it is not very convenient to explore the city areas unless you have cars. To go shopping or sightseeing you must take a long walk to the centre or call taxi, this is not convenient for daily shopping or eating outside unless you can drive in Kaliningrad.
