Localização e área das piscinas.

Tratamento bem discriminado por ter comprado no booking. Esperamos mais 3 horas para fazer checkiin embora houvesse prioridade (criança de 6 meses). Colocaram diversas pessoas a frente. Adicionalmente colocaram num apartamento que estar para entrar em reforma. Chuveiro não funciona. Forneceram chaves erradas ficando impedido de entrar no apto. O berço estava todo quebrado impossível de ser utilizado. Fui cobrado duplamente embora tenha pago o valor no Pix na hora da entrada. Não houve gentileza nem sensibilidade no atendimento. Bem lamentável. Descriminado a booking é seus clientes .
