Excellent breakfasts, good staff, quiet and comfortable

Defiantly not 4 stars... Hotel was not really modern the room was pretty basic. Bathroom was outdated and old. Shampoo and toiletries was very cheap. They tried charging me 20 uah for a extra towel and in a suite had one towel how can a person use one towel the whole stay? Breakfast was the only good part in this hotel.

It was great experience, very good location fifteen minutes walk from center. Staff was so helpful and nice. Highly recommended

Comfortable and friendly hotel close to the centre of Odessa, excellent room, clean and well serviced. Restaurant and breakfast buffet very good, and staff helpful and friendly.

The hotel staff was friendly and professional, the location I think is perfect to access the city, breakfast buffet excellent, hotel was very clean.

When I return to Odessa there is no doubt that this will be the hotel I will choose to stay at, good location to access the city’s areas of interest, also the breakfast buffet is one of the best compared to other hotels I have stayed at, and the honest and friendly hotel staff found an error in my room charges which was promptly corrected to my advantage. I found the hotel to be very clean and in a safe area which put me at ease and made my stay in Odessa very pleasant and memorable.

Excellent hotel, clean, welcoming staff. Especially Victoria. The hotel is a little far from the entertainment and city center, within a 10 minute walk ..

The bed was very comfortable,but bathroom plumbing needs work.
