Très bel infrastructure C’est carrément même immense On peut jouer au golf ou profiter des jardins et des piscines

Emplacement perdu. Il faut une voiture pour rejoindre facilement Sirmione!

Ich hatte bereits einen Aufenthalt in diesem Resort und war damals sehr zufrieden. Dieses Mal buchte ich 1 Nacht über Booking.com. Am Wochenende davor riss mir leider die Bizepssehne in der rechten Schulter. Worauf ich das Resort direkt anschrieb, mit der Bitte, auf Grund der Unfähigkeit von mir, mit dem Auto die lange Strecke zu fahren, geschweige denn, die gebuchte Golfrunde zu spielen, mir den bereits bezahlten Betrag in Kulanz wieder zurück zu überweisen, oder eine Nacht für meinen nächsten Besuch als Gutschrift zu geben, was zur Folge hätte, dass ich sicher wieder gekommen wäre und das dann sicher auch wieder länger und nicht alleine, so wie das erste Mal. Ich erhielt leider nicht einmal eine Rückmeldung.
