Místo, čistota, vybavení, personál - vše v pořádku. Při pobytu jsme se cítili velmi dobře, nic nám nechybělo.

Při odjezdu nám byla naúčtována vyšší cena než byla předem dohodnuta v potvrzení rezervace. Provedl jsem písemně reklamaci ale doposud nemám žádnou zprávu o vyřešení. Na můj mail doposud nikdo z hotelu nereagoval.
