From our welcome at the office we were treated very well, highly professional and lovely. I needed to call to verify the address and the manager was friendly and understanding.

Nothing, absolutely top rate and friendly staff - overall a great stay in near perfect conditions.

Nice little place. Nicely updated on the outside. Location was okay but it was just a stopover so not a big deal.

Could use some updating inside but for the price it was clean and comfortable.

Lovely spacious unit an great friendly reception. Would definitely choose again if in Napier. We had the accessible one bedroom for the two of us. Everything modern, clean and convenient. Kitchen utensils, frypan, casserole, chopping board all looked new. Bathroom all well equipped and in good order. Air con heat pump very quiet and efficient. One little tip .. if you use it for heat turn the temperature up much higher than the usual to get heat through but then works fine.
