נפלתי מהמיטה מפני שהמיזרון לא יציב על הבסיס של המיטה. החדר פשןט מאוד. השרותים ננעלו ולא יכולנו להיכנס לשרותים - לא מובן איך זה קרה . בארוחת הבוקר הביצים הקשות היו קרות ורכות.

Location near the city, large & bright room, partially renovated, large parking and car charger for EVs

Many kids at the pool making noise till 21:00, poor sound-proofing, although the executive suite was renovated, the doors were in bad condition, difficult to open-close them and were rotten in some places, suite it is located in ground floor, there were rubble and garbage next to the hotel and staff was throwing trash into the bins from higher floors

I didn't like the hotel at all. Apart from the staff, everything was disappointing.

The room was small and noisy. You could here everyone around taking a bath or using the toilet. You could hear dogs barking in the rooms next to you. It was Halloween and the music from downstairs (we were on the 3rd floor) was so loud we could hear it upstairs. We didn't sleep well, actually we were awake until early in the morning from the noise and wake up at about breakfast starting time when everyone was going to eat. About 4 hours of sleep. We didn't have bathrobes for the pool and when we asked for some because we couldn't go through the reception with just our bikinis, they were not at all willing to give us some. Going to the pool we stepped on a wire passing through the corridor which was connected to a spotlight in order for people to see where they were going. The pool small with broken deck chairs. The lifeguard was a bit bored to ask people and small children not to dive and make everything wet around. And some people were just hanging around the pool with clothes and shoes 👞 and chatting, a bit weird but they were let in the pool area. All I all, it was supposed to be a really good hotel (4star I think), but I would say it was 1⭐️. Never visiting again.

Terrible service. No assistance whatsoever with luggage. Old building. Horrible elevator. Room was cozy but the windows had only poor curtains that could not block the sun. As a result we had to wake up at sunrise. Bathroom mechanical ventilation was extremely loud and the door couldn't close or lock. They supplied one single paper roll per day and as a 4 member family we nearly run out of toilet paper daily. Sound proofing was also horrible. We could listen to other people talking from all rooms on our floor. Breakfast was nothing special either. The bread was almost always old and cutlery were scattered around the buffet making it very annoying. Finally we were charged a very high premium for a very poor overall experience. We will never return to anemolia hotel.
