En general el hotel está muy rústico, no hay elevador, las habitaciones limpias pero las camas muy incómodas, el aire acondicionado inservible, no abastecía el cuarto, muy ruidoso y como que el hotel los apaga en la noche cuando el guapee se encuentra dormido. El costo por habitación es elevado para el mal servicio que se brinda en las habitaciones. No hay servicio al cuarto y las amenidades son muy limitadas. No hay secadora de cabello, plancha, teléfono.
