Holiday Inn Express Baton Rouge North by IHG

Front guest employees were great.

My husband and I stay at this hotel often when we come home to visit. Staff is always friendly, the property is clean, and breakfast is great.

Not 5 star but good mid to late 3's. Like usual I still feel prices are high for what you get but the rooms were clean, receptionist was very friendly, not quite enough handy cap parking only had 3. Pool is small but won't give a bad review because we got there right when the ants just swarmed so unfortunately it was full of ants. All and all I would stay there again.

The room and property was clean.

Need more full size bath towels in rooms.

The ladies behind the desk, the cleaning and kitchen staff were outgoing and very friendly. I would definity stay there again. Just a note: The only bad issue I had was with my booking. I used expedia to book and did not offer military discount. Military rate was 107 a night, but instead every night was a different price.

The location was good.

The breakfast was bland and basic.

Room smelt like straight Mary Jane. Wife asked for another room and was threatened by clerk at desk. Said he would bust her tail. Immediately left the property and went to another hotel. Worst experience ever.

It was excellent!!
