Clean, A/C worked well, bed was very comfortable, good breakfast

Need better parking, they had warning signs that the parking lot area is a flood zone and the facility is not responsible for that damage is not really acceptable considering it’s the only available parking for your stay.

We stayed here for a softball tournament which was close to the fields. The hotel staff were friendly. Breakfast was great. Our room was clean and ready when we got there. Check in & out was quick an easy! We would stay here again!

I checked in late. 11PM only to discover my room was not clean the toilet looked like someone had a blow out in it. I was informed that they didn’t have house keeping after 3pm and no available rooms to be moved to.Every hotel in surrounding areas were booked. Night shift person took my complaint and passed for the manager on the next morning. I had to get gloves and a toilet bush to clean the toilet, windows, sink, microwave, tub and refrigerator. Once I spoke with Angelica the next day she was able to take off the charges first night and the rest of my stay was discounted. Food was great and so was the staff.

I loved everything about it except one thing. We didn't have any Complimentary bottles of water in our rooms, Like they used to have or just maybe they forgot. We had to buy water which we usually do. Sometimes those small bottles of water help doing times when we Don't bring any. We like the Quiet and comfort that we get from staying with you all. We don't ever go anywhere else . Love to stay whenever we travel.
