Cedars of Williamsburg Bed & Breakfast

Host and staff were very friendly and polite. Breakfast was good and professionally presented.they have snacks out if you get the munchies during the day or night.pur room and common areas of the house are exceptionally clean. Good parking and close to Merchant's Square and the historical area of Colonial Williamsburg.

Didn't realize that there were no tv's in the room which was a little different.

Location was splendid. Characterful property. Clean. Peaceful. Good parking. Very friendly hosts. Great breakfast and snacks.

Martha Washington room a little smaller than expected + bathroom tiny (our bad - we could have selected a larger room). Aircon noisy and couldn’t be turned off in our room. Would prefer warmer duvet to single sheet. Bed rather creaky.

This is the best B&B location for proximity to the William and Mary campus. You can park your car there once and then walk everywhere to campus and the restored area. The proprietor is super friendly and breakfast was terrific. They also provide hot beverages and snacks outside of breakfast hours.

Our room was on the first floor in the back, which is a very convenient location, but was very small. The bed was comfortable and there was adequate closet and drawer space, but only one chair to sit in, and not much room to move around. The bathroom was minuscule with not enough space to put your toiletries. I checked out the bathroom space in a few of the other rooms which were open when we left and most didn't have any more space than ours did. Some even have smaller sinks than ours. All that I saw were pedestal sinks with no counter. I used the toilet seat to hold my makeup bag. I'd stay there again because of the location, but others should know that this is an old house without modern bathrooms and that can be somewhat challenging.
