Room smells of smoke and. Cologne

My only complaint is possibly not their fault but they did Not provide a receipt & said they couldn’t tell me what it cost & what I paid. That did not sound right to me. How do I get a receipt?

We had a great night's rest in the comfortable beds and a delicious breakfast.

This place is new and very professionally run. The room and service excellent. Good price for all you get. The inclusive breakfast offered hot and cold food that filled you up.

We stayed in one of your hotels in Moab Ut on our way to a camping trip and on the way back. We stayed at the same hotel. Everything was wonderful except it was not clean in each of the rooms we stayed in. Hair in the sinks and bathtubs. Both tubs had pink mold in the corners. I had to give our son a bath after camping so I took my hand sanitizer to the tub before I could bathe him. The baseboards in the bathroom where thick with dirt. The bath mat was dirty from the last people who stayed. It was not a pleasant stay at all. The cost we paid was not equal to the experience we had.

I almost always look for a Holiday Inn Express when I'm traveling because I know they will have nice beds, clean rooms, a heated pool, spa tub and breakfast.

Great property. Clean, big room, good breakfast.
