Summerland Motel

I thought the staff were very friendly and nice.

I thought it would be in the town of Summerland but that is my fault for not looking into it better. Very old and outdated. Poor upkeep (paint, finishings). It's on the highway so very loud traffic noise. Furnishings are old and stained.

There's a nice pool and lots of places to walk dogs while marveling at the apple orchards. Close to the show grounds. Many places to eat and shop. Second time staying there and will again

The location off the highway was great. The room, bedding, towels etc were clean and spacious.

A luggage rack for a larger suitcase would have been helpful as we had to put one suitcase on the floor.

Good location, staff was very attentive and pleasant. Although the facilities were older everything worked and was spotlessly clean.

The second level was accessible only by stairs.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at. Fast and friendly service and most importantly, the bed was very comfortable. Easy to find and close to either Penticton or downtown Summerland. Highly recommend and the rates are very affordable!

Some guests were acting like it was their house, leaving their door open - bad vibe.

I booked while traveling to check in between 10 and 11 pm. which was convenient given the circumstances.

When I arrived at 10:30 the motel was closed. No one responded to the phone messages I left. I am not sure if this was Booking.com's fault or the motel.
