Summerland Motel

The property is pretty neglected, clearly the owners don’t care. So much potential but it’s run down and filthy. There was sow sort of liquid splashed all over the walls, garbage left in the fridge and a moldy Tim Hortons muffin wrapper on the floor. The staff walked around topless and smoked more than they worked.

The Summerland Motel is conveniently located right off the highway, making it easy to get around the area. The building and rooms are definitely dated you can tell it's been around for a while. Cleanliness was okay. While the room was generally tidy, we did find dog hair on the floor, which was a bit off-putting. At over $200 a night, it doesn’t feel quite worth the price, especially considering the condition. That said, other places nearby tend to cost even more. In general not bad.

Great motel and staff! Would definitely recommend! Motel is a little distance from either summerland village or 15 minutes from penticton.

We really enjoyed our stay at Summerland Motel! We look forward to going back for another visit.

The pool. Nice outlook and Garden and outside table and chairs. Very accommodating when we wanted to upgrade room after the first night.

DO NOT STAY here. Disgusting property. Rude owners who are very dishonest. Neighbouring room guests shared their room smelled like urine. Not secure premises with locked doors. Not worth even cent of the $300 they refused to refund. The owners should be very ashamed of themselves.
