Great location, and helpful staff.

The overall cleanliness is lacking. So many small items needed repairs or thorough cleaning. The decor was fun sometime ago but it was way outdated now.

"Great value for money and convenient"

We arrived on Boxing Day. Keys were ready at the reception when we arrived from our flight. Room was clean and prepared. We had everything we needed it was so convenient. Such a great price and value for money. Our favourite part was the honour bar at the pool. There is also a free laundry.

Morning it was great!

"Relaxing."

I liked the privacy. I enjoyed the pool.

I feel it has deteriorated a lot since my last visit 5 years ago. Needs a freshen up in all departments, especially bed linen. I don’t think I’ll be visiting again in Summer! Too many rainy showers and downpours.

"Ok but a few things need to be tidied up"

As per usual, the welcoming of dogs, the pool, the outside shower and mini bath, the flora. The poolside honour system. The location. The rooms are always interesting. Nice addition of candles, coils, bug spray

No rubbish bin under the sink, the gingerbread house size toilet. The bed and air con setup are designed badly. This time I didn't have any streaming services, just crappy free tv. "free DVD's" are all scratched and/or pirated. Terrible Wi-Fi. There were what looked like stinger nests on the hammock. I forgot to report that to one of the managers
