"Decent rooms but the restaurant is bad"

The location is right in the city centre. The rooms were clean.

Restaurant for lunch/dinner needs serious improvement. Cleanliness is totally missing. The table was not clean, The waiter had his fingers inside the glass when he bought us the water. Overall this was not expected from a heritage property

To my fellow travllers to Ooty pls dont skip this gem of a hotel. I was really surprised by the room they gave us for the 5k. It was a steal deal overall. Also they serve good varieties of Veg food.

Disappointing stay due to multiple maintenance and amenity issues. · Missing Essentials: Basic toiletries like a toothbrush and toothpaste were not provided. · Faulty Amenities: The hair dryer was not in working condition. · Furniture Problem: The bed's headrest was broken, as a supporting pin had come out.
