"Its overall ok but room facility is is not good staff is good and polite."

It was a good experience after the initial hiccups

The bathroom was smelly on arrival. I followed up with the staff several times to get it cleaned. The bell boy ignored my request upon arrival. Later on, the housekeeping staff sprayed room spray and then said he would finish it after his lunch, but never followed up. There was also confusion about my early check-in request. The hotel responded to my request for early check-in with a welcome message, but I was later told that doesn't mean the request has been accepted. After a wait, the staff granted me the same.
