Used room given upon arrival, even after complaining hotel staff said that we have only this room available, if uh want uh can take it or cancel your booking.

Always when I check out the bill they can’t raise, but they will collect the money and say will forward the bills in mail, but not yet received, have to send some one to collect it, this has to be changed.

Location at its best..

Came hotel in night, their is nobody at entrance, nobody at reception, after 15 minutes for waiting able to find the cleaning staff and ask for assistance.took long time for chin and also not received my receipt for pyt. I m frequent traveller of this property but not feel good this time, will come nxt week, hope this will not happen again.
