One staff member, latina works in the house keeping in the laundry room where all the supplies were, she was very helpful and provided me with towel for my second day in the hotel.

I did like the smell on my room like mold and not clean. The water pressure in the shower was very low not enough pressure. The room looks old and need to be upgraded. Most uncomfortable was during the breakfast where a staff was constantly observing what I was getting from the main table where the food was placed , everything was measured and the TV was shut off while I was still eating my breakfast. I am not planning to book again in this hotel. Because of all these reasons I decided to book out a day before my original stay.

the room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and I spoke to the concierge at the front desk and advised we would not stay due to the smell. They could not put us in another room saying they were booked solid. I was never offered a discount or even a refund. I booked through Booking.com and went through their refund process but the hotel would never answer any questions. This was a waste of money.

Property was fairly new and very clean!

There is No elevator! The front desk lady was incredible though! She graciously moved us to a room on the first floor! She didn't have to do that but we will certainly go back there because of her kindness.

Staff very courteous and helpful. Very nice breakfast.

Beds hard. A little pricey for this property but ok.
