While booking, the room images shown is good but it not maintained in reality's.. There no communication channels to reception.. If go directly also, the people not in desk.. We have to wait lot of time.. It's waste of spending money..

Good staff, Breakfast, Hot water

It's not as accessible from bus stand as written in the name. You can't walk and go to the hotel because it is a steep up hill you would definitely need an auto using which doesn't make difference if the hotel was 500 meters from bus stand or 1500 meters. Also very old hotel, the beds, wardrobes are old even though the purpose is served.

The breakfast was too good and the location was near to all the visiting places Staff was good and helpful

Breakfast was mentioned as complimentary but they just gave 2idly n 1 Vada not sure how they decided it's enough for anyone..u need to keep asking for even getting one cup of coffee... They gave a number to call for any assistance but it didn't work.. There is no lift available so be careful when booking for elders

The staff were courteous. The location of the hotel is excellent. It's exactly at the center of the town. Amenities were sufficient, breakfast was good.

The room and the washroom don't appear to be providing enough value for money. Overall cleanliness was not up to the mark. I booked the hotel for ~3000 per night. I was expecting a more premium room + washroom combo at that price.

For the money, it meets the expectations

The bed sheets and pilow cower needs to be replaced

Over all it was a good stay. Good & helpful management staff. Our stay was good though we stayed only for 2 nights but it was a good & memorable one. Hope to visit again soon.

As it's a plastic free zone for water we need to go down & take it in jug. Don't know how much hygienic it was.
