Mountain top is the best hotel in Manali. Parking available just outside the reception area. Beautiful entrance. Room was nice and spacious . Mountain view is mesmerising from the big beautiful terrace. Terrace area is common ,we enjoyed the beauty of mountains and forest from there. It was a great day. We shall come again soon.

Excellent staff and service. In house restaurant was available there with multiple food options. Food quality & taste was so good. Room was nice and clean, hygienic washroom. Well maintained property and the staff was professional. We loved hotel Mountain top.

We checked in by 4 o'clock . The room was still not ready. The bedsheet had hairs and towels were used. There was no intercom in the room as well. Next morning, we were harassed because they could not get our car out of parking because somebody had parked their car behind ours. We had given them our car keys for the whole night. Still, we had to face the issue. When the car guy came, he said that he lived nearby and wasn't even informed once about the problem when we had been waiting for the morning. The manager or the complaint center nobody will pick your call. Because of all this, we had to face a lot of traffic jam at Vashisht temple.

Hotel is in perfect location with great view from terrace food is great nest and clean room with good service.

Overall, I had a great experience with the (HN); staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend.
