The location, along with the hospitality from the very moment we stepped in the resort, was a wholesome experience. The cottages were huge and kept neat along with all amenities. The restaurant served all cuisine nearly matching perfection and enhanced our hunger.

Perhaps not actually the bad part but getting to the restaurants from our room was bit tiring since it was above the hill top. Though at second thought we do feel it was boon in disguise 😂

All meals were fantastic. Service was excellent.

Transportation with the resort was terrible. The Jeeps were dirty, uncomfortable. The roads within the resort were bad. Lots of constructions were going on, which was noisy and disturbing.

Nothing to like

Disgusting rooms age old no wifi, lawn are pathetic, over priced deserves 2-3 k per nght, resturant at bill top mini trekking, no worth the money truly overpriced,

Food was awesome, staff was very good and polite, nice location quite and really good for disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of daily routine.

Due to gradient and stone paved paths.. people with challenges in mobility are unable to enjoy fully as movement to restaurant area is steep and full of steps, this should be called out so that people can make the appropriate decision if the have specific constraints

Overall it was a nice stay with complete greenery and courteous staff

Location was great, although a little hard to get there via car due to the roads. View from resort was amazing in the morning from the restaurant. Breakfast was fabulous, great spread of different items everyday with a hot brewed tea and coffee. Staff everywhere in the resort were wonderful. Hotel manager Vinod is especially great at recommendations and general chitchat. Restaurant manager Shivakumar was also great with catering for our needs especially with a child. Rooms were cozy and neat although for the price, could be more fancy. Loved the bonfire at night before dinner - added to cozy feel on the chilly evenings.

The hot water was not very hot, had to make calls to reception after which they increased the heat somewhat but next morning it was the same luke warm water again.
