Appartamenti Astra

It was fairly easy to pick up the keys to the apartment and the receptionist was very nice. The apartment was clean and had a really good size. The apartment also had a dishwasher making it a lot easier to cook and clean during the week.

We had initially booked this apartment as we thought it was very close to the ski slopes (250m) and city center. When we picked up the keys we were told the apartment was actually further away (1 km) to the slopes, and 2km from the city center. This was truly dissapointing as it made it a lot harder to go into the city centre for food and drinks in the evening. Additionally, the apartment was extremely noisy, we could hear all the foot steps from the people walking into the building and the doors kept banging shut all time of the night and day, making it hard to fully relax. Finally, there was no cleaning supplies, not even a hand soap, which when coming from abroad meant we had to purchase a lot more items then anticipated.

Exceptionally good communication. We've got everything we needed for a week's stay with the kids and a baby. Literally opposite the Carosello 3000 lift.

v jedné ložnici nebyla vůbec skříň a v té samé ložnici nešly dovřít dveře ven, takže po první noci kdy bylo venku minus 12 jsem onemocněla ( následující den přišli opravit), mýdlenky prázdné, v kuchyňské lince nebyl jediný nůž, celkově ubytování bylo dost poničené - rozpadající se židle, rozbité žaluzie,…..

Great location, walking distance to carosello 3000. Having 2 bathroom was a game changer

Very limited kitchenware (including dishes, cutlery, pots, and cooking utensils). Basic items missing such as toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, and soap.
