Location was good for what we wanted. Pool area was really lovely and clean. Staff were also very friendly. For what we paid for 3 nights we can’t complain, it was a really nice stay for us.

The rooms are similar to motels and can get very loud with other people around you. Our room was above the check in desk which can get very loud of a night and early morning.

The location was very good and the staff were very friendly.

The door to the room had gaps all around it and did not feel secure. The safe was broken. The shower was very dirty and rusty and the fixture was broken. The sink was blocked. The bath was dirty and needed bleaching around the hole. The towels were tired. The bed was extremely firm (although I know this is typical in Thailand). The price didn’t reflect the standard of the hotel.

Leaving the 'hotel'

TLDR: Terribly misadvertised 4 star hotel, extremely dated, damaged furniture, rusty kitchenware, stiff hard to open closets and super moldy bathroom which made us ill during our short stay, sink and shower were both clogged when we arrived, hotel staff made a huge mess trying to fix these. Shower floor covered in black mold and had holes with geckos living in it. Bathroom only has a toilet and shower, sink is next to the beds in the room. 1 small building next to the main apartments which is their ‘Premium’ hotel of which you can see their nice rooms all over booking.com and google.

We stayed in superior rooms and everything was good there - water pressure, bed, sheets, quality of the room generally. We enjoyed also some moments by the pool, which was great. Breakfast was also good and the hotel was quiet and very well located. I would stay again.
