Location, the private beach as well as the public beach. Food was not bad tbh. Lichthaus was spectacular to have food and drinks and sit in the netted ropes right above the water overlooking the ocean during sunset. BEAUTIFUL. Will look forward to coming back during high season. The receptionists were amazing, amazing customer service. I think that’s very important.

Rooms could use an upgrade. Although they were nice but if they get an upgrade, this resort would be top. The waitresses were kind of slow and we had to get their attention to bring menus, drinks etc. If anything they would definitely need proper training on how to wait a table and build their customer service dining experience.

The hotel is huge with a beautiful quiet beachfront. The bar with a nice view of the sunset is just too good. The stuff were very friendly too. If you want to be in touch with nature, this is the place to be. Food, we only had breakfast and it wasn’t as expected for the price you pay. Overall a nice experience

The cleaninnes, the staff always happy to help, how quite and immerse in nature the hotel is. Lichthaus is an added bonus!

The staff were very attentive and friendly! The place was quiet and relaxing and the spa was lovely!

The pillows were quite hard and the bed wasn't the most comfortable. Not having a fresh water swimming pool. The room fridge was quite dirty inside.
