Bathrooms are too small and the rooms are old (mordernize the rooms)and not worth the money paid

Ich habe hier nur eine Nacht verbracht, -Personal super nett, Zimmer sauber der Strand ist sehr klein, er gab abends openair Kino.

Ich persönlich mag solche große Hotels nicht, war auch nicht grade um die Ecke von Restaurant und so.

The natural beach is a highlight, the gym and yoga classes are also great. Guest services were very helpful in arranging tours.

Linen management. There was often a shortage of towels by the pool, and the towels in the rooms are visibily worn and frayed. I also found LichtHaus to be overpriced and overated and will avoid it from now on. There are plenty of other beautiful spots to view the sunset. Tipping staff was not transparent as it is not clear how the communal tipping app is managed.

Fantastic resort, hidden behind mangrove trees, by the crustal clear sea. Very comfortable rooms, linen changed daily as well as complimentary water. Spa treatments on the waterfront very enjoyable. Very good breakfast, especially the bread selection. We were so happy that we extended our stay for 3 nights more.

Some of the excursions start early in the morning (I don’t do mornings…) Monkeys in the area can be intimidating (I guess same challenge everywhere).

People, nature, hotel - everything perfect

We loved the location and its adjoining sundown bar and restaurant - Lichthaus. The reception and lounge area is really nice. Wonderful greeting and staff were great. Plus, they kindly agreed to later check out for us as we had a night flight. Also - boat trip was awesome. Boat staff were excellent.

It feels a bit tired and low energy, if we’re totally honest. The rooms are in need of updating, not least the bathrooms, curtains, towels and blinds. The breakfast was not good and the bar service was disappointing. When you compare to Lichthaus, which is top notch in terms of quality of food, decor and service, it feels like a bit of a missed opportunity and an afterthought somehow. And we say this with the best of intentions, as the location and staff were great. It would also have been nice to have known what was on site, like yoga, gym and boutique shop. Proactive as opposed to responsive service.

Great Pool!

The resort is very remote and it takes a long time to get a Uber. The beach of Temple Point is small and dirty and not suitable for swimming or walking. The service of the resort is horrible. When we arrived, the safe in the room was locked, and although I asked them on each of our 4 days stay to open it, they did not. When there was no hot water, I had to ask twice to fix it and it took them a day. The staff of the restaurant is really nice and polite, but their service is very slow. Me and my Kenyan friend never felt really welcome.
