The room was very clean and spacious,and the staff were very friendly. I would like to give a special thanks to ms Yordanos and mr.joseph from the front desk for there excellent care and outstanding service. Also mr setegn a nice bellman.

We had an excellent experience at Inter Luxury Hotel Addis Ababa Kazanchis. We stayed there for about six weeks and it was truly one of the best hotels I have experienced. The view is beautiful and the location is very convenient. Everything was perfect, especially the front desk manager Selamawit. She is very friendly and a great problem solver who always made sure guests were taken care of. The breakfast was delicious, and I would like to thank restaurant supervisor Martha, the chefs, and the waitresses who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The service was great and the room was always clean with a very comfortable bed. Special thanks to room attendant Asamir and room service attendant Alemayehu they were very helpful and pleasant during our stay. Overall, from the top leadership with General Manager Ato Aweke to the entire team, everyone was attentive and professional. They truly made our stay smooth and pleasant. We felt at home specially the coffee ceremony place during our time there. We will definitely stay here again strongly thank you so much for all employees. Highly recommended Inter Luxury Hotel. The hotel was very good, and I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, especially Mr. Setegn from the reception, who made my experience even better.

Had to move rooms twice, basic amenities in poor condition. No working fridge, electric plug detached from the was was never addressed. Response to address issused raised took days to be acknolowledged and only partly addressed. Staff impliment rules depending on there own bias. On leaving the hotel we found one of the 2 bottels of drink staff did not allowed us to take up our room was returned opened with drink missing. Despite reasurance from the manager this would be dealt with and the perpetrator/s caught and punished, nothing was adressed. Will never return to this hotel.
