recently visited this hotel and had a generally positive experience. The amenities were well-maintained, especially the pool and common areas, which reflected good service quality standards. The room was clean and comfortable, and daily housekeeping contributed to a sense of safety and consistency. Food and beverage services were satisfactory, with a variety of options; however, improving freshness and presentation could enhance the overall dining experience. The staff demonstrated professionalism and responsiveness, aligning with key guest satisfaction principles discussed in class. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth, showing effective front office management. The location was accessible.

The bathroom water had an order. I had requested an early check in 5 hrs upon arrival. Get there no rooms available. Understandable, thinking maybe a 20 minute-30 minute wait. No. The clerk end up telling me if a room come available I would have to pay an additional $15 for each hour that I checked in early. I've been staying hotels for the last 20-25 years and never had this happened. Oh, well 1st time for everything. It was 12 my arrival, so I just caught an Uber to go eat.

Comfortable, friendly staff and great accommodations as usual.

The beds were comfortable and we were able to sleep in after long night at the rodeo.
