Staff davvero gentilissimo e professionale. Mi hanno proposto la convenzione con il lido e con dei ristoranti. Sono arrivata prima del check in e mi hanno permesso di lasciare il bagaglio. L'hotel ha il fascino degli anni '80 ed è a pochissimi passi a piedi dal mare e dalla fermata bus. Letto comodo e stanza molto pulita. Wifi gratuito.

Qualità prezzo un po' alto ma probabilmente per via dell'alta stagione. Colazione non compresa nel prezzo. Il bagno era un po' spartano. Tassa di soggiorno €1,50.

The only positive things I can say confidently are that the reception staff were friendly, the location was close to the beach, the bed itself was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked.

I honestly do not understand how this place is anywhere near a 3-star rating. Friends of ours stayed in a nearby 2-star hotel, and their place was absolute luxury compared to this nightmare. We felt completely ripped off and genuinely scammed. It feels like we were given the worst room in the building, and it is highly ironic that this specific bathroom was the only picture not shared on their listing. If I had seen the reality, I never would have booked here. ​The room was a complete disaster and a total failure of basic hospitality: ​The Unusable Bathroom: The shower was absolutely filthy, covered in thick black mold and heavy limescale buildup. The drainage was completely blocked, causing a constant, disgusting backflow of dirty water and showered door were faulty also. It was so vile that I refused to use it and had to go to my friends' hotel just to take a basic shower. On top of that, the toilet barely flushed; we reported it, and someone apparently came out, but the water flow remained completely minimal and useless. To make matters worse, the cleaners didn't even give us new towels during our stay. ​Safety & Broken Amenities: The hairdryer was filthy and literally sparked when turned on, creating an immediate electrical and fire hazard. The "white" furniture in the room was heavily yellowed, aged, and looked so unclean that we refused to use it or unpack our things onto it. The fridge was also completely broken. We reported this fault as well, but it was never fixed, leaving us with no access to cold water in scorching hot weather. ​Zero Sleep: The walls are paper-thin; we could hear the neighbors talking word-for-word. There were people stomping all night long right above us. Because of the noise, we did not sleep AT ALL. ​This place is a complete false advertisement. What did we actually pay for other than a mattress and four walls? I would have slept better in a hostel or on the streets.
