"Dececionante só querem o valor da estadia antes que depois não há cuidado com o cliente"

A estadia neste alojamento foi extremamente dececionante. O quarto encontrava-se sujo, com insetos mortos, manchas de sangue nas paredes e um forte cheiro a mofo. O ar condicionado apresentava uma fuga constante de água, deixando o chão molhado durante toda a estadia. Além disso, o edredão estava colocado sobre um lençol sujo, e tanto os lençóis como as almofadas apresentavam um odor desagradável. Durante a estadia, também não foi feita a reposição de papel higiénico nem de outros itens básicos de higiene. As condições de limpeza, manutenção e conforto ficaram muito aquém do esperado e não correspondem ao padrão que deveria ser garantido aos hóspedes.

"Lovely stay and great people"

The staff was very friendly, close to great gelato in cannigione and if you have a car close to amazing beaches.

The swimming pool location was a bit strange and little but apparently that’s how most hotels have it in Sardinia

La posizione , vicino a tanta belle spiagge , nel giro di un’ora puoi scegliere! Tra le meraviglie della Sardegna

Il cibo a cena, forse andrebbe rivisto un pochino il menù , troppo da mensa , colazione varia e con tanta scelta

"Hôtel FRAM, tourisme de masse et pas qualitatif pour un 4 étoiles"

Le petit déjeuner est pauvre dans le choix des produits, pas de fruits coupés par exemple. Les oeufs brouillés sont plutôt une soupe d'oeuf. Cependant, le café est très bon, ainsi que le fromage blanc.

Je n'ai pas apprécié les chambres qui sont mal isolées, le fait de ne pas avoir d'eau chaude durant 4 jours sur 7 ainsi que la connexion wifi qui n'était pas disponible dans notre chambre.

"Hotel bueno pero podría mejorar"

Un hotel de muchos años de antigüedad aunque en buen estado general. Consta de varios modulos y la habitación que yo reservé fue una doble estandar con vista parcial al mar, era de buen tamaño, cama cómoda y estaba muy limpia. El desayuno bastante bueno y es en un comedor grande con mucha gente.

El.mantenumiento del hotel podría ser mejor.
