I stayed at this hotel whilst I was on a tour with Travelsphere. I try to be fair in my reviews. On arrival we were given our key to our room. When I went into my room I went to put my water bottle in the fridge. On opening the door I found the fridge full of rotten food. Mostly salad items, but some meat as well. I returned to reception and explained the problem. Unfortunately the Male who was on duty did not have a good grasp of English. No one turned up. I went back and spoke to a female receptionist. She came with me and I showed her the food. She immediately emptied it and told me that she would send someone to clean it. A member of the house keeping team then came to clean the fridge. She was apologetic and kept saying very sorry. To check a room is ready for the next guess is a basic thing. Obviously this went wrong on this occasion. It was dealt with so I was happy to carry on. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. Unfortunately it doesn't meet all 4 star standards. My room: was very good. It had everything I needed except bottled water and glasses to drink out of. The bed was comfortable. The linen and towels clean. The bathroom was a good size, with a walk in shower. You had a choice of showers a wash down spray and a rain shower. The sink was large and there was a shelf unit to put your toiletries on. The hotel only supply an all in one body wash and shampoo and a bar of soap. You don't seem to get spa products in 4 star hotels these days. There was a large mirror that lit up. The switch is under the hair dryer, where the plug sockets are. The wardrobes were spacious and there were plenty of hangers. Restaurant: Breakfast: This was repetitive. There was the normal cold meats and cheeses. Same ones every day. Along with pastries and cakes. Only white bread for toast. Hot plate had just scrambled eggs and either tinned frankfurter sausages or bacon. No poached or fried eggs, or omelettes. The juice was from a machine and not very nice. There were no fresh juices. Only tinned fruit to have with your yoghurt. Again no fresh berry compote. No melon. It was the same breakfast every day. Dinner: As a vegetarian I struggled. The evening meal offer did vary. The meal is buffet type food. Unfortunately for me most nights the salads on offer had meat or fish in them. Occasionally I they had a tuscan salad or a tabular salad. The pasta dish on offer for vegetarians was pasta in tomatoe sauce every night. The main meal consisted of one fish and two meat every evening except once when their was aubergine parmigiana. That was on the first night. I never got another choice the whole week I was there. Even when they served spinach they covered it in anchovies. Our guide did feed back to the hotel. They made an effort one night and didn't bother again. You do get wine with your evening meal. Location: The location of this hotel is in a very quiet place. The nearest small town/ village is a half hour walk away. There is a bus but it had big gaps in the service times. The beach does not have beds that you can hire. The bay is stunning to look at. If like me you are awake early then the sunrise is not to be missed. It is beautiful. Staff: Reception staff are very helpful. Bar staff were very friendly and helpful. But be warned they frequently run out of items. In our case Limoncello. They ran out by the second night. It took them some time to get it in again. The restaurant staff are very quick. Beware if you leave the table without finishing your food to get something else. They will clear it away. If you like me are a vegetarian then I would not recommend this hotel. It really does not make enough effort to cater for vegetarians. I would also be wary if you have any food allergies. Only some food has labels on saying what is in it. If I went to Sardinia again, unfortunately it won't be to this hotel. Food is very important part of my holiday. Unfortunately the food here does not live up to expectations for me.

Angenehm grosses Zimmer. Hübsch eingerichtet. Schöne und gepflegte Umgebung. Personal war enorm freundlich und zuvorkommend, insbesondere ggü. den Kindern. Der Musiker Massimo macht einen sehr guten und beeindruckenden Job (tolle Stimme, jeden Abend Live-Musik).

Akustik im Esssaal ist etwas unangenehm (sehr laut durch die vielen Leute).

Sono andata via di mattina presto e nonostante il giorno prima mi avevano assicurato un cestino per la colazione ( io non lo avevo nemmeno richiesto ) al momento di andare via non mi è stato dato ....

Dobra obsluga ,czysty hotel no i pan Masimo ktory spiewa wieczorami .

Troche slaba lokalozacjia i prysznic bardzo maly.
