Proximité d’Auray Personnel sympathique

L’entretien de l’hôtel et des chambres Pour un séjour de 2 nuits, nous pensions qu’un passage en chambre pour refaire le lit, changer les serviettes, rajouter du papier toilette et une bouteille d’eau serait compris... Un peu déçu du rapport/qualité prix du dîner

"Not a great stay"

The hotel itself was very quiet, very clean and I couldn't fault the staff. I was not charged for my stay due to having no WiFi or hot water.

I booked this hotel for the fact it had a restaurant and spa. The restaurant is closed one day a week which changes all the time but I was not notified that it would not be open on the day I was there so had to walk into town for dinner. The spa facilities are advertised as free for guests, but are not, it is €10 which isn't a lot until you find out that the hot tub is actually outside. Great in the summer, but not when it's only 6 degrees. The WIFI was difficult to connect to but the receptionist was very helpful and got us connected, however it dropped out whilst on a WhatsApp call to my husband at 8pm and no matter what I did, I could not get it back and had to use my roaming data. There was no hot water to have a shower or wash in the morning which for me, is an absolutely essential facility to have in a hotel. Overall, very disappointed.
