"Magical hotel with fantastic staff, food and facilities!"

Everything about this hotel was wonderful - great location, clean rooms, lovely atmosphere, delicious breakfast and wonderful facilities. My family especially loved the outdoor pool, which was truly magical. The owners of the hotel make an effort to get to know the guests and make them feel welcome. Wonderful stay, many thanks!

"Lovely hotel shame about the heating."

The breakfast were very good. Location was convenient. The views were spectacular.

Room was very warm. Too warm had to open window and door and let sub zero air in. Staff couldn’t help reduce the heat in the room. Pity apart from that our stay was very good.

Location is central and close to train station. Nice bar with good cocktails. The outdoor pool and sauna were nice new additions.

Uncomfortable beds and very tired decor in the bedrooms and throughout the hotel. Had to ask for lightbulbs to be raplaced and wall sockets loose on the wall. Room smaller than expected when described as "deluxe". Basic bathroom.

"Exceptional"

Sehr schönes Hotel mit Schwimmbad, kleinem beheizten Aussenpool und Sauna. Frühstück war sehr gut (grosses Buffet). Die Rezeptionist*innen waren alle super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wird durften unser Gepäck einstellen lassen damit wir am Abreisetag noch Snowboarden konnten. Nah am Bahnhof und bei der Rothornbahn. Kommen gerne wieder!

Eles forneceram um upgrade de quarto com vista para o Matterhorn. Foi maravilhoso!! As acomodações são muito boas, os atendentes simpáticos. Adorei!

O restaurante! Tinha um italiano servindo mal humorado que toda hora vinha conferir se tínhamos terminado de comer. Muito desagradável. Eu ainda havia perguntado se teria tempo para fazer a refeição. Parece que ela foi literalmente esquentada no microondas. Horrível! Não recomendo! O café da manhã poderia ser um pouco melhor também, poucas opções.
