"Good starting point to explore Lake Como"

The room was very comfortable. We stayed in the room downstairs. The owner was very kind. we missed one night due the floods around Milano and the lady offered us a late breakfast as we arrived next day around lunch time. Lierna is a good place to explore lake Como. The train station is about 12 minutes walk to the B&B.

Wij hebben een paar prettige dagen gehad. Vriendelijke gastvrouw en de locatie is fijn. Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd. Strandje en eetgelegenheden aanwezig aan de overkant. Wel handig om een parkeerplek te reserveren bij de locatie anders is het lastig een plek vinden.

La confirmation de réservation, mentionne: arrivée à partir de 12:00, (voir photo). - Je suis arrivé vers 16:00, personne, j'ai signalé ma présence à la propriétaire via booking, via WhatsApp, mais, pas de réponse. - Je suis allé me désaltérer dans un établissement, "le porta Verde" une certaine de mètres en contrebas (voir plan). - Photos avec enregistrement GPS prouvant la présence. - J'ai attendu jusqu'à 19:00, toujours pas de réponse à mes messages. - J'ai trouvé un hôtel, où je m'y suis rendu. - À 20:59, la propriétaire à daigné me répondre. - Malgré le fait que je n'ai pas pu bénéficier de la chambre, elle a eu le culot d'encaisser le montant de la location ! Une plainte à été introduite chez booking, ainsi que chez MasterCard. RÉFLÉCHISSEZ, AVANT DE RESERVER....... À bon entendeur, salut. Un client déçu.....
