Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals. Nach meiner Abreise habe ich meine Lesebrille im Hotel vergessen. Ich habe das Hotel kontaktiert und die Brille wurde mir unkompliziert und schnell zugeschickt. Das war für mich ein außergewöhnlich freundlicher Service. Vielen herzlichen Dank dafür!

Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und zentral. Allerdings befinden sich in der Umgebung mehrere Bars, sodass es abends und nachts teilweise etwas lauter werden kann. Dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts. Positiv fand ich, dass auf den Nachttischen Ohrstöpsel bereitlagen – eine sehr aufmerksame und hilfreiche Geste.
