"Run-down apartments and terrible service"

the location

Terrible furnitures, flat was very old and not confy at all. Terrible service, room service getting in your room to inspect your fridge by barely knocking on the door. I trusted their laundery services, they destroyed an expensive jacket gave me an absolut rediculous compensation and the worst is that they deduced the cost of the cleaning .... I've been around a lot and I usualy stay at Sky garden but it was full this time. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE

"Buen alojamiento y zona residencial tranquila"

Atención al cliente en la recepción, vending machine disponible y cerca de restaurantes o cafeterías y metro.

Falta instrucciones para conseguir ver canales públicos en la TV. La presión del agua en la ducha y el agua caliente no es constante y falla mucho durante un baño de 10 min.

I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff.

Didn't get a chance to have my higher floor preference due to elevator status. Hot water availability was not to my standards.
