AC did not work right, property was not as clean as it should be. We only stayed one night and they were supposed to refund the second night, but they never refunded the second night when we didn’t stay there.

I always stay here when I visit Medellin so I know this place well. The family room was large and perfect for 2 people. Full kitchen with all amenities and two bathrooms. Nice living area as well. The staff is always helpful and very courteous and the security is perfect.

The only thing I would say is that I wish they had better cable TV for regular channels and sports. Basic cable with all of the normal channels. Nothing more.

Great location. Great staff, l've stayed here many times always treated well. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Only issue l had a few bees in the room, must be a nest around. That could happen in any hotel. And the shower is a good 3 feet to climb in and out of, but there was plenty of hot water.
