Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. All guests must sign the property's Terms of Stay. Please note that lock-up parking is only available for 1 car per apartment. Please note that the 2-bedroom apartments at Excellsior Apartments have stair access only as there is no elevator in the Sailfish building. Please note bridgeworks are being undertaken until mid 2022 on the bridge across Mayes canal at Brisbane road. Intermittent noise may be experienced. Entry to River Esp. via Foote street will not be affected.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
