Location was central to everything we needed

Location, staff member I spoke with, cleanliness, price.

Shower went cold within a couple of minutes no matter what time I showered.

The location was just a short walk to so many stores downtown. Also, the place was very clean and comfy.

The hairdryer did not work. After staying for 3 nights, we asked to check out at 11am rather than 10am, but was told that wouldn’t be possible because the cleaning staff needed to begin at 10am at the latest.

Reasonably close to the city. Parking available onsite

Tv didn’t work properly and the was no lighting for the stairs at night which was a bit dark when coming back late. Our aircon didn’t work properly in the main living room but the bedrooms had good aircon.

The apartments was just relaxing and all right for my family

Wonderful staff facilitated an early check in for us and our small children. Our room was spotless, it had everything we wanted for a two night stay. Gardens are a great setting for a swim in the pool and sitting out the front of our room. It was quiet for the CBD, too.

Unit was spacious, fully equipped kitchen, with laundry facilities as well. Full size bathroom with good water pressure. Unit was clean and tidy and there was some chilled water in a jug in the fridge ready on arrival.

The lock box to get the key was difficult to operate, took several goes, Could have been just user error. We arrived late in the afternoon and the entrance was very dark an external light on ready would have made getting the door unlocked a lot easier. Also, it was pretty hot, so it would have been nice if the AC was already running when we got there, although it didn't take long to cool the unit down.
