Please note this property has a strict "No Party Policy". After 10.30pm please move inside from your outside areas to avoid noise disturbing neighboring guests. Any breach of this could result in a $250 fine per noise complaint and immediate eviction from the property. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or a guardian. You must show a valid photo ID at check-in. Please note that the apartments are not serviced on a daily basis. However, daily housekeeping service is available upon request (charges apply). Please note that there is a 2% charge when you pay with a Visa or MasterCard debit or credit card and a 3.50% charge when you pay with American Express. You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Please note all children and infants must be included in the maximum occupancy of the apartment. Strictly no smoking in the property. Charges apply if this rule is not followed. Excessive mess, soiling of the apartment or rubbish left will result in additional cleaning fees being charged. Extra charges will apply if furniture/chattels have been moved around in the apartment to cover time taken to restore the apartment. Please respect our property and apartments, do not damage anything or take anything that is not yours or you will be charged for it. Due to COVID travel restrictions, we are only accepting bookings where guests have confirmed entry into NZ (e.g. via the Australian travel bubble or a confirmed place in managed isolation).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
