Guest house is efficiently run and well organised; the rooms are really clean, well served. The garden is gorgeous with a lovely pool and the views over the bay down to Widerness are spectacular. The town of Wilderness is a 10 minute drive away, which might be seen as a downside, but then you return to a lovely haven.

Das Gästehaus war ein echter Volltreffer, oberhalb von Wilderness gelegen und mit einem tollen Ausblick von der Terrasse auf die Bucht. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, die Bungalows sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen (nur mit dem Auto erreichbar) in bester Nachbarschaft und sicher. Das Auto wird auf dem abgesperrten Hof geparkt. Essensoptionen gibt es in Wilderness (10 Minuten mit dem Auto) genügend (besonderer Tipp: das Thailändische Restaurant im Ortszentrum). Die Betreiberfamilie legt viel Wert auf Details, ist sehr freundlich und gerne auch behilflich, wenn es um die Ausflugsplanung geht. Das Frühstück war das beste auf der ganzen Reise (selbst gebackene Croissants) und im Zimmer gibt es eine große DVD Sammlung zum Ausspannen nach einem anstrengenden Ausflugstag. Eine klare Empfehlung!

the best place you can stay around wilderness. A more then friendly welcome, a view so beautiful it can make you cry, a breakfast on a terrace on a hilltop overlooking the area and the beaches. the comfort suite more than space, everything perfect - and I seldom write something without complaints. ; -)

Third time we have stayed at hill top . Would like to return again some time soon and stay longer.

We were unlucky with the weather so not able to enjoy the balcony views and pool. This combined with the fact that we were at the end of the season and the only guests meant that it was a bit different. However we were made very welcome with contact with the owners and good service all round. Exceptional views from bedroom.

Die Hilltop Lodge liegt zwar etwas abgelegen, hat dafür aber eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf Wilderness. Inhaber und Personal sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereit.

Für Gäste die Ruhe und eine sensationelle Aussicht möchten ist das definitiv eine super Lodge.

My wife and I stayed for two nights, and we absolutely loved it. Hennie and Magda were charming hosts, and really made an effort to make sure we were happy. The room was clean and comfortable, if a bit on the small side. The view from the room, however, is absolutely spectacular. If you're expecting the latest in fixtures and fittings in your room, you might be disappointed, but the view more than makes up for it. The guesthouse itself is beautifully furnished, and has one of the loveliest gardens we've ever seen, again with the amazing views over Wilderness. We would stay there again without any hesitation.

Lovely setting and very comfortable and clean rooms. Great breakfast on the patio watching the wild life in the beautiful gardens and the awesome vista over Wilderness.
