Floreat Riverside Lodge and Spa

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The dinner, we had to wait for almost 2bhours for our order. And we added extra things on the menu that were never delivered. The neighbours had the party outside the rooms. The music was too loud for us to even sleep

The bed and breakfast room was very clean and well organized. Friendly staff, well kept garden, parking for cars, clean swimming pool

Self catering room was not well organized, single beds are just at the entrance before the kitchen, curtains need to be upgraded There was no wifi connection in the rooms 😐

I was travling to that lodge last 8 year same place but now everythink has change They suppose to write in description Bar b Q allow only chatlet Staff was ok breakfast was not right nothing like before only few item before was lot of item Loction is fine and the rooms and lodge is clean

Well located, friendly and accommodating staff. Well kept grounds.

Not all rooms have a refrigerator. WiFi not good within rooms and only have standard tv channels. Would recommend upgrading the WiFi and installing smart TVs so guest can link there accounts to Netflix etc.

The pictures are misleading. No WiFi connection in rooms. No fridge in rooms. Food is not so great. Staff depending on who is at work is helpful.

The staff were very helpful and I am giving them kudos for excellent service🙌🏻👏🏼 We slept in a Superior double room which was spacious and the bathroom has been revamped to modern style. Breakfast had variety and the food was good.
