Balmoral Lodge

They went out of their way to accommodate my son and make it easy for him after arriving from a very long international flight, and ensure he was on time for his second flight in the early hours of the morning.

We were under the impression that an airport shuttle means what it means at other establishments - that there is a bus every half hour or hour taking you to your accommodation free of charge. However, this is at an additional charge which is quite hefty and not clear when you book.

The place is clean

The rooms are close to each other and there is no person to explain the amenities available in the guesthouse.

I BOOKED A HOTEL THAT I SAW ON BOOKING.COM , I CHOSE A ROOM ACCORDING TO THE PICTURES I SWA ONLINE ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT ITSS NOT IT , THEY SENT ME TO ANONTHER BRANCH AND I DIDNT LIKE IT AT ALL.

WHAT YOU ADVERTISED ONLINE SHOULD BE STRAIGHT FORWARD AND BE AS IT IS.

The bed was great. The breakfast was excellent!

Our room, room 4 is very close to kitchen and woken very early with noises and loud chatter from kitchen staff.

Bedding was comfortable and all was very clean.

Didn't like that the accommodation was at different "houses" as we couldn't walk in the street to get there, and had to organise or wait for transport. Eventually found the power points.
