Hotel Plaza Versalles

La atención del personal de recepción.

Las habitaciones tienen los muebles descuidados, el aspecto es viejo, las toallas tenían un olor a guardado, las sábanas que originalmente debieron ser blancas en algún momento de la vida ya estaban manchadas, de color amarillo en algunas partes, con olor a guardado.

No había agua caliente en regaderas

Un hotel con excelente ubicación pero que merece una renovación en su infraestructura

La ubicacion

1) Location very close to my DIME Neurocardiovascular Clinic. Easy walking distance from city center or downtown and 6th Avenue where there are all kinds of small businesses, discos and restaurants. 2) Taxis (cheap in Colombia) everywhere so no problem with transportation. 3) Room was very neat with 2 beds; it was big and it did have hot water 4) Daily cleaning excellent 5) Daily breakfast was good and more than plenty: fruits, eggs, bread, coffee or chocolate, arepa, yogurt and orange juice 6) Staff very very helpful and nice. BRYAN OUTSTANDING. Valeria and Natalie also nice persons

Everything class A

The reason why I give this hotel a POOR review is because the water in the room is UNHEALTHY. Brown/yellow color I reported it from day one. I was told they just cleaned the water tank and it will ok but it was the same every single day. I have to go to a salon to wash my hair and buy water bottles to brush my teeth. Unfortunately, there were no hotels available around the neighborhood and I did not receive a discount or refund. Try to walk away is you can.
