Blue Bay Halkidiki “Adults Only ”

What a lovely hotel. From check-in to check-out, the staff were top-rate. Professional, friendly, helpful in terms of what was expected of us to be COVID compliant, and responsive to issues - just the one; the hot water in the bathroom was barely warm. Possibly a function of wanting a shower/bath at the same time or just after everyone else, but not what was expected in a hotel of this calibre and in this price-range. Mentioned it to the lady at check-in and she sent an engineer to check immediately. Unfortunately this did not sort out the problem. I mentioned it again at check-out and got the impression that it would be looked into. Breakfast was an excellent selection but as is the case with nearly every 'hot' buffet I have experienced, the cooked food was invariably barely even luke-warm. The rest of the selection made up for it. The pool area was just delightful. The pool was sparkling clean and every time someone left a sunbed/table, someone came and disinfected the area. Lovely deep mattresses on the sunloungers too! Our room was exactly as pictured in the advertising, with very comfy chairs on a shaded balcony. Fantastically comfortable bed too.

Séjour parfait dans un hôtel situé au calme près d’Afytos avec la plage en contrebas. Hôtel propre et agréable, chambre spacieuse, personnel très disponible.

Great hotel overall, great location with stunning views, amazing service, very clean, almost everything was brand new in our room, stunning bathroom, amazing massage experience in the spa room, very nice breakfast and great facilities. The only thing that needs updated are the sun beds by the pools.

Molto bella e gradevole. Ci ero stato 4 anni fa, sono tornato. Tutto ok. Camera bella e vista mare, ristorante ottimo ed a buon prezzo.

Φανταστικό δωμάτιο με εκπληκτική θέα και για τα λεφτά του με καθαρούς χώρους και επίσης θα ήθελα να επισημάνω ότι το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικό και ευδιάθετο προς εμάς!

Hotel idéalement situé à 500m du magnifique petit village Afytos. Chambres spacieuses et piscine très agréable. A recommander !

Overordnet set var opholdet ganske udemærket - fint poolområde og fine værelser. Beliggenheden er meget øde, og vejene ud til de to nærliggende byer, er ret smal hvor bilerne kører meget stærk, så ikke noget at gå på om aftenen. Morgenmaden var ikke værd at tage med, meget kedelig og lav standard. Derudover oplevede vi selv, at det ikke var særlig nemt at få den rette hjælp vi søgte, så man er meget overladt til sig selv.

Un emplacement superbe avec une vue extraordinaire. Le personnel est merveilleux et très prévenant. La proximité de Afytos accessible à pied. Le moins, le petit déjeuner de niveau moyen et souvent froid avec des œufs sur le plat desséchés.

3 nuits chambre de catégorie soit disant supérieure bâtiment annexe. Mauvaise odeur et pas de climatisation en arrivant dans la chambre et pas d aide spontanée pour nos bagages alors qu il faisait 35 degrés. Première nuit le téléphone ou une alarme a sonné toutes les heures. Impossible de dormir....la cuvette des toilettes fuyait. La télévision ne fonctionnait que de temps en temps. Et comble de tout nous avons trouvé la porte de notre chambre ouverte avec la lumière allumée en rentrant de notre repas à l extérieur. Heureusement rien de volé. Le personnel de réception a été très peu concerné par nos plaintes. Pour eux No problem....no problem...alors que pour un 4 étoiles ce genre de situations ne devrait JAMAIS arriver. Bref nous n y reviendrons pas même si la vue et la plage sont très belles. A noter aussi qu il y a 150 marches pour aller à la plage...
